Appointment & Refund Policies
APPOINTMENT REMINDER POLICY
To keep you informed and prepared, we will send you a confirmation text message 24-48 hours before your scheduled service. However, if for any reason the appointment reminder system fails to reach you or you do not receive a reminder, please remember that it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to our cancellation policy.
As a courtesy to our team and other clients, we kindly request a 48-hour advance notice for any cancellations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please keep in mind that your appointment time is reserved especially for you. When you don’t show up, it leaves our provider with an empty chair. In the event of a No-Show or cancellation without sufficient notice, a $200 cancellation fee will be applied.
DEPOSITS
Kintsu MedSpa requires a valid credit card at the time of reservation to secure an appointment. You will be charged a deposit which will be applied to your treatment upon your appointment date.
REFUNDS
At Kintsu MedSpa, we want to ensure transparency and clarity regarding our refund policies. Once goods and services have been provided to you, they are considered irrevocable. As a result, we are unable to issue refunds for any product or service that has been administered or utilized during your treatment. Our clients must accept and understand these conditions in consenting to treatment.
All treatments, procedures, and pre-paid packages are non-refundable. We want to emphasize that once you have purchased a treatment or package, it cannot be refunded. Our packages are non-transferable and expire one year after the date of purchase. We encourage you to take advantage of your package benefits within this timeframe. In certain cases, credit from prepaid treatments, procedures, and/or packages may be applied toward other forms of treatments or products at management’s discretion. We do not offer refunds on products purchased. However, if you experience a documented adverse reaction to a product, you may return it within 7 days from the date of purchase for in-spa credit. Defective products, such as those with broken pumps, can be exchanged within 7 days for the same product only.
