First time visiting for a lip flip and botox for my TMJ. The medical spa was very welcoming and I was quickly brought into my appointment and was able to consult with Dr. Shay which comforted me a lot and answered all my questions. Nurse Alexa is a great injector, super gentle and efficient. A great first experience!

I was super nervous about going in for the Sofwave treatment, reviewer on other doctors sites complain about an intense amount of pain. I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment and attention at Dr. Shay’s office! Although not pain free, of course, the staff was very helpful in doing what they could to make my experience as relaxing as possible. Bianca, one of the nurses, brought me a devise that blew cold air, it helped with numbing and distracted from pain. I highly recommend Dr. Shay and her caring staff!

I came to Kintsu with a pretty visible scar on my foot after surgery and the laser treatment they did really helped! It’s hardly visible now. Definitely would recommend this place. The ladies here are knowledgeable and kind too!
